What's New!

PDF/Mergician Professional 5 improves upon version 4 in the following main areas:

Mobile devices support - Besides PDF based forms, PDF/Mergician can now also generate and receive HTML forms. These forms are much better suited for mobile devices then the traditional PDF forms.

Barcodes - QR barcodes can now be generated and other types of barcodes have been extended.

Template pages - Additional settings allow for greater flexibility on varying page templates.

Underlying technology - Many small issues have been improved and/or solved in the underlying technology layers.

Microsoft.NET 4.0 - PDF/Mergician now runs on the latest Microsoft framework, which brings extra speed, security and prolonged support.

Compatibility

This version can be installed next to PDF/Mergician Professional 4.x. It is recommended to uninstall earlier versions first. You cannot upgrade your existing PDF/Mergician 4.x installation, a full install is required.

PDF/Mergician Professional 5 is installed on a per user based. Previous versions installed per computer.

PDF/Mergician Professional 5 is compatible with project files created in previous versions. Projects created or modified in PDF/Mergician Professional 5 cannot be used in earlier versions!

Upgrade pricing

Existing PDF/Mergician Professional 4 customers can upgrade to version 5 at 25% of the list price. All customers who bought PDF/Mergician Professional 4 after July 1, 2011 will receive a free upgrade.

Existing customers PDF/Mergician version prior to version 4 can upgrade to version 5 at 50% of the list price.
